1. Scope
Access to the Peppol network is included with our paid plans and is subject to this Fair Use Policy. Our plans are designed for normal business use by freelancers, self-employed professionals, and small to medium-sized businesses.
2. Monitoring usage
To keep the service reliable and sustainable for all customers, we may monitor Peppol usage, including both outgoing and incoming documents.
3. When usage exceeds your plan
If your usage significantly exceeds what is typically expected for your subscription plan, we may:
- Contact you to discuss your usage;
- Discuss whether a different plan suits your usage;
- Apply reasonable usage limits;
- Charge additional usage fees in accordance with your plan terms, after prior notice.
4. Restrictions and safety
We will never suspend or restrict your account without first attempting to contact you, except in cases of abuse, fraud, unlawful use, or activity that threatens the stability or availability of the service.
5. Receiving documents
Receiving documents through Peppol is also subject to fair use. While we do not impose hard limits on incoming documents, unusually high volumes may require a review of your subscription plan.

Our goal is to keep Peppol accessible and affordable for all customers while ensuring the long-term sustainability of the platform.
