4. Subscription Plans and Billing
Certain features are available only through paid subscription plans.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the selected billing period.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable subscription fees.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
Some plans may include a trial period. Trial details are shown on the Billing page when you subscribe.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. When you change plans mid-cycle, any unused portion of your current plan may be credited toward future invoices. Where applicable law requires refunds, we will comply.
If a subscription payment fails, we will retry collection over several days. If we are unable to collect, your subscription will be downgraded to the Free plan after a grace period. You can settle the open invoice at any time during the grace period to restore your subscription.
We may change subscription pricing in the future. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any material pricing changes.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
5. Free Plan
We may offer a free plan with usage limitations.
Features and limits of the free plan may change over time.
We may discontinue or modify the free plan at any time. Where reasonable, we will provide existing free-plan users with advance notice.
